The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 166                    
"An Act relating to registration of a motor vehicle, and issuance,             
renewal, reinstatement, and revocation of a driver's license for failure       
to appear in court or failure to pay a fine" and recommended it be             
replaced with                                                                  
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 166(TRA), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to registration of a motor vehicle                           
and suspension of a driver's license for failure to                            
appear in court or failure to pay a fine."
